Eel Trap Table Lamp
USA 1975
Older, handmade ash eel trap converted to a lamp in the 1970s. Newly-repainted ivory wood base, rewired with darkened brass hardware and a black silk cord. Height below is to the finial, the base is 23.5″ high.

Good. Some minor breaks to the ash splits, visible in pictures, which do not detract from the stability or appearance of the lamp
